Isaac’s Violin

Ever since I was young, I’ve loved music. So it’s not a surprise that my love for music has carried over to my children.

Isaac in particular really likes stringed instruments. In fact, during Sukkot he was able to play a real violin, and he loved it.

So you can imagine my surprise when my brother Tommy said he had a gift for Isaac from him and our sister in Maine. When Isaac unwrapped it, and I saw the violin case, I cried "Oh no!" from sheer disbelief that they had gotten him such a wonderful gift, the gift of music.
