Fort Gaines, located on Dauphin Island, has quite a few photographic opportunities. The photograph above was taken in one of the various tunnels that wrap around the entire fort. When I visited the fort, some of these tunnels were flooded, due to a large influx of rain.
I originally shot this photo in color, with my 10-22mm lens, but upon further review, I felt it would present better as a tinted black and white photograph, as most photos with mixed light sources tend to look better in black and white.

Wow. It's a really great shot. Composition is spot on. I like that end of the tunnel is blown out (or nearly blown out), and that the last overhead light is also glowing to match.
— Joe RobackNice perspective. Your colors and superb. Great shot!
— SylvainI like this one - very nice colors and light
— zaveqnaand, btw, very cool blog theme - I love the font and the retro-book-like elements and composition :)
