Growing up, I was never crazy about beaches. The thought of getting covered in sticky suntan lotion and sweltering in the sun didn’t exactly excite me. But as my interest in photography grew, I became more amazed by the sheer natural beauty of beaches. The golden sand and radiant blue sky mix wonderfully together to create a harmonious array of colors, not to mention the awe inspiring colors seen at sunset. So I guess photography has taught me one thing, beaches aren’t so bad after all, as long as you’re toting around a camera that is!
