Rowboat

Rowboat

Details & Comments

While on vacation, I spent a few days in St. Augustine. And as you can imagine, I had all of my photography equipment with me at all times. And while walking around near the water, I came across this rowboat tethered by a rope, sitting in the water. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had a great photo opportunity! So I put my 10-22mm lens on my camera, framed the shot, and took some bracketed exposures. After returning home, I processed the photo in Lightroom, and uploaded it.

A great exposure of an intiguing scene. I'd have been more than just a little tempted to borrow that boat and row for hours… =]

That wide angle's nice too. A worthy lens investment! I'm glad you don't subscribe to the half-way horizon ("is for n00bs") propaganda. It makes the photo.
