What you are seeing here is part of the city of Jacksonville, Alabama. The large structures in the photo are apart of the local state university, the tallest of which is the Houston Cole Library.
This photo is a testament to the power of RAW image processing. The original version of this image had almost no contrast and very little apparent dynamic range. But thanks to the RAW image data and Lightroom, I was able to extract details from the photo which were nearly invisible to the naked eye but were still captured by the sensor.
