There is noting like a nice photo with the moon overhead and the neighbors light beaming on the side of the house. This photo started it’s life as an uncompressed RAW image. Then it made its way though Canon’s converter software until it ended up as a uncompressed 16 bit TIFF. From there it worked its way down to a downscaled 8 bit JPG image for you to enjoy. Although RAW may take more time, and MUCH more space, it really shines in the pure quality of the image. You’ve got to see the uncompresses image to believe it!
