Duck Duck Cart Duck
Details & CommentsEarly in the morning, while the water was as smooth as can be, I found this group of ducks swimming right next to an old shopping cart. When I saw this, I knew it had to be photographed. And thanks the the overcast sky, the water is devoid of the common blue sky reflection in the water, hence the pale gray color.
This photo was taken with a friend’s Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 lens at Gadsden Lake.

This is one I was lookin' forward to seeing at XL size. I love how the stillness of the water has created a clean and visually simple photo. I also like the way it illustrates the impact humans have on nature. This has to be one of my all-time DView favourites; the kind I'd be happy to hang on my wall. Beautiful.
